Can I just say I am pissed beyond belief at the Snarry Swap Mods for their utter intractability? Yes, I fully understand the no-extensions rule, but for fuck's sake, I wasn't asking for an extension, it was ONE DAY late, due to extenuating circumstances beyond my own control. I sure as hell wasn't having fun this weekend, I explained why it was one day late - My assignment was COMPLETE, it was GOOD, it was totally what the recipient wanted, and because you're so completely unwilling to overlook ANYTHING, not only do *I* get screwed, my recipient gets screwed too.

I successfully completed a Snarry Hols assignment, a Snupin Santa assignment, two Yule Ball assignments, a Draco-Ginny assignment, Smutty Clause assignment, and a pinch-hit Dramione exchange. And because I was ONE DAY LATE after being attacked by a dangerous family member, even after sharing the extenuating circumstances, you still say,

"Since you missed the deadline, we have no other choice than to give your assignment to a pinch hitter."


That's utter BULL. I'll have to let the poor pinch-hitter taking my place know that they had to rush to turn out something all due to the Mod's intractability.
